MareSante is a planned private daytime/outpatient service. In an acute crisis, danger to life or health, or need for urgent help, contact the out-of-hours medical service on 116 117 or emergency number 113.

Appointments and cancellations

Appointments are confirmed in writing before booking. Cancellation or rescheduling must be made via SMS or email no later than two business days (48 hours) before the appointment. Appointments not cancelled within this deadline are invoiced in full, regardless of reason.

Payment, invoices and collection

MareSante Mental Helse is a private clinic without a reimbursement agreement. Consultations are paid in full by the patient unless a written payment guarantee has been clarified and approved in advance.

Payment is normally due the same day via payment link. If the payment link is not paid by the deadline, an invoice may be issued. Non-payment may lead to reminder fees and collection according to applicable rules.

Multi-session pricing and packages

Any multi-session price is considered after the first consultation once the further course and recommended follow-up frequency have been clarified. At least two sessions in the same calendar month may trigger multi-session pricing where agreed.

Insurance and payment guarantees

If you have health insurance or a payment guarantee from NAV, child welfare services, or another public agency, coverage and payment responsibility must be clarified in writing before treatment starts.

Complaints and patient rights

Patients may raise dissatisfaction directly with the clinic. You may also contact the County Governor, the Patient and User Ombud, or the Norwegian System of Patient Injury Compensation (NPE) where the matter concerns patient rights, healthcare, or possible patient injury.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes are handled by Oslo District Court unless mandatory rules provide another venue.
